An elegant neck cuff/collar necklace from designer Lois Hill crafted in solid sterling silver and featuring beautiful scroll detail highlighted with caviar beads and alternated with sections of basket weave.  The collar is about 1" wide at the center and tapers to just under 1/2" wide at the ends.
